CGP Compensation Database
CGP’s database allows organizations to determine whether their employees are being paid fairly compared to market. Our database is both job-matched, and job-sized using a job evaluation methodology. Our job-sized approach allows for meaningful comparisons of jobs even if job content, company size and company sector are different.
Job Match
Roles are compared to jobs of similar nature and scope of responsibilities (based on job descriptions and titles).
Job Size
Roles are evaluated and compared against jobs of similar job value regardless of title (e.g., a CEO of a smaller organization may be compared to a COO of a larger organization as they have similarly sized roles).

CGP’s proprietary Compensation Database collects compensation data from participating organizations across Canada, as well as data from publicly-traded organizations within the TSX 100-300.
