Compensation Analyst

Compensation Governance Partners (CGP) is an independent, employee-owned consultancy focused on executive compensation governance matters. We support Boards and management by seeking to understand their challenges and then draw from our diverse set of experiences, ideas and opinions to offer tailored solutions; all the while keeping best practices top of mind. What you will do

Assist consultants in designing and implementing compensation programs including:

Analysis and recommendations on compensation levels based on proprietary and third-party data
-
Conducting research and analysis to support compensation program development
-
Analysis of publicly disclosed company documents or client materials
-
Preparation of summary findings and reports, marketing materials and articles
-
Designing incentive plans based on the client’s business strategy and human resources philosophy

Attending client meetings as required throughout the life cycle of each mandate

How you will grow
As an Analyst at CGP, you will learn the fundamentals of management consulting in a dynamic environment. You will gain insight into a unique practice as well as the nuts and bolts of how a consultancy operates. You will have the opportunity to assist in all parts of our consulting process, from project scoping to data analysis and client presentations.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
What we are looking for

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance or related discipline)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Prior experience in a consulting firm is a plus

Knowledge of compensation, job evaluation and governance matters is a plus
